Velvet Jumper

The Velvet Jumper by Cut Loose is a stylish and effortless cotton velvet dress. It features a convenient overhead pull-on design and a straight fit that falls just above the knees, typically reaching mid thigh. The hem also slightly tapers in, and there are two on-seam side pockets for added functionality. Cotton velvet has a matte look, can be styled dressy to casual.
